I can not view the downloaded video file using QuickTime Our broadcast quality video is in a MPEG2 format. If using QuickTime ensure you have the MPEG2 plugin available from the Apple Store
The downloaded MPEG2 video has no audio when I import it into my editing program MPEG2 video is "muxed" meaning the audio is mixed into the file. In order to import an "unmuxed file" to your editing program you may need to convert the MPEG2 video into a format you edit with (e.g. QuickTime or AVI). Converters such as Autodesk Cleaner or Canapus ProCoder are recommended.
